This behavior is by design; text outside of the gray form fields is not normally meant to be changed, however, to preserve the integrity of the document and maintain a proper copy of the original court form, documents are "protected" or "locked." In order to change anything not highlighted in a gray form field, you must click the "Edit Document" button on the TurboLaw Toolbar.
