Some users may experience a problem where they log in to TurboLaw Cloud and the backup prompt from TurboLaw appears but you are unable to click anything to dismiss the message - you cannot click "Yes," "No," or even the "X" button.
This problem is due to a glitch in the Remote Desktop program that causes it to get hung up when certain types of prompts appear.
This issue can usually be resolved by logging out of your account - to do this, click on the Start menu at the bottom-left corner of the TurboLaw Cloud desktop and then click on your name at the top-right and choose Sign Out.
Once you have signed out, you can connect again immediately. This time, when the backup prompt appears you will be able to click to dismiss it.
