Sometimes, TurboLaw's internal list of documents gets "out of synch" with the actual documents which are installed in the program. When this occurs, it may appear as though documents are "missing" from the program when you attempt to create documents for a case.
To correct this problem, TurboLaw simply needs to refresh its internal list of documents. To do this, first click on the Database menu and the click on Re-Install All Documents.
Once this is done, close and re-open any case windows you had open. All of the documents should now be listed and available to create as new documents.
