When trying to print anything from TurboLaw Time and Billing (including bills, statements, reports, graphs, etc.) an unexpected error message (the "Oops" error message) may appear. Clicking "show me the details of this error" will reveal the details as similar to:

Exception Message: An exception occurred while populating the properties for the PrintQueue object. Win32 error: Access is denied.
This error is caused by an issue with an installed printer on your computer - usually a network or remote printer. The printer is returning an error when TurboLaw Time and Billing attempts to get a list of available printers.
The printer that is causing the issue will often be listed with a status of "Access Denied," or some other error status.
To resolve this issue, you will need to either remove the printer that is causing the error, or resolve the issue with the printer itself.
