Errors printing from the hosted TurboLaw environment

If you experience problems or errors printing from the hosted TurboLaw environment (including errors such as "printer is in an error state" or "printer not ready"), you simply need to sign out of the hosted TurboLaw environment and then re-connect.

To sign out of the hosted TurboLaw environment, first save and close any documents you may have open, then click on the "Start" menu at the bottom-left corner of the TurboLaw remote desktop screen. Then, click on your name at the top-right corner of the screen and choose "Sign out."

Once you've signed out of TurboLaw, you can re-connect as normal and you will be able to print without errors.
