If you use AVG Anti-Virus or Internet security, when entering notes or details for time entries, expense entries, or notes for a client's record, TurboLaw Time and Billing will freeze and then close unexpectedly. You may also receive a message saying that "TurboLawBilling.exe has encountered a problem and must be closed."
This problem is caused by the way AVG's anti-virus engine scans files in real time.
UPDATE: AVG has released an update to resolve this issue. The update is version 2015.0.6140. If you are experiencing this issue, make sure your AVG has the latest program updates (version 2015.0.6140 or later).
