If you are using a Symantec anti-virus product (such as Norton 360 or Norton Internet Security), after updating TurboLaw Time and Billing you may be unable to open TurboLaw Time and Billing. Your shortcut for the program may be missing, or when you click on it you may receive a message saying that the target file "turbolawbilling.exe" is missing or could not be found.
You may also have received a notice from your Norton anti-virus product mentioning either WS.Reputation.1 or SAPE.Heur (followed by a letter and some numbers).
This is not a report of an actual virus or threat in TurboLaw Time and Billing, but instead means that Norton does not have enough information about the file to be sure it is safe, so it is quarantined instead.
To resolve this issue, you can restore the turbolawbilling.exe file from Norton's quarantine (or history). You may also need to re-install TurboLaw Time and Billing to restore the missing shortcuts.
