Problem connecting: The requested session access is denied

When trying to connect to TurboLaw Cloud from a Mac you receive an error message that says "The requested session access is denied."

This problem is caused if you check the option "connect to admin session" in the Remote Desktop app. This option is not meant to be used.

To resolve this issue, edit your TurboLaw Cloud connection in the Remote Desktop app and un-check the option for "connect to admin session." (For older versions of the Remote Desktop app, you can find this option on the "Session" tab.)
